NBA Stat provides schedules, scores, statistics, news, game reports, analysis, odds information, user profiles, and in-site messaging. Features and available data may change over time.
NBA Stat is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, sportsbook, gambling operator, or betting-tip service. Nothing published on the service creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship.
NBA Stat is an independent service and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the National Basketball Association, its teams, or any sportsbook unless expressly stated.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, protecting your password, and all activity performed through your account. Notify the site administrator promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Usernames must be unique. You may not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent your identity, or create an account for an unlawful purpose.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or harassing activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, servers, or administrative features.
- Introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or content intended to exploit the service.

5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as profile images and messages. You grant NBA Stat a limited right to store, process, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate and secure the service.
You must have the right to submit your content. You may not upload or send content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or contains malicious material. Content may be removed when necessary to enforce these terms or protect users and the service.
6. Sports data, analysis, and odds
Schedules, scores, statistics, injuries, odds, reports, and other sports information may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. Although reasonable efforts are made to keep information current, NBA Stat does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
NBA Stat does not provide financial, investment, or betting advice. Predictions, analysis, rankings, and betting odds are provided only for general information and entertainment. They do not guarantee any result and must not be relied upon to make a wager, investment, or financial decision. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with gambling laws and age restrictions in your location.
All data made available through the service is limited to your personal, non-commercial entertainment use. Commercial use is prohibited unless NBA Stat has provided a prior written agreement and you have obtained any additional permissions required from third-party rights holders. Commercial use without that agreement is a violation of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The NBA Stat site design, software, original text, organization, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos, statistics, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may access the service and its data only for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Without a prior written agreement, you may not reproduce, extract, aggregate, redistribute, republish, sell, license, sublicense, create a commercial product from, or otherwise commercially exploit data or protected content provided through the service. You must also obtain permission from any applicable third-party rights holder.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NBA Stat and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on sports data, analysis, odds, third-party content, service interruptions, or unauthorized account access.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated when an account violates these terms, creates risk for other users or the service, or when required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements, or operating practices. The updated date at the top of this page will change when revisions are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
