What’s New
New data, features, and improvements available on NBA Stat.
Compare teams by conference
Team Stats now has a By conference view that splits the league into Eastern and Western Conference tables. Each table is ranked and sorted on its own, and the view works with both basic and advanced stats.
Team conferences added to the REST API
Team responses now include a conference field with the value East or
West, taken from the official NBA standings. See the
REST API documentation for endpoint details.
Track this season’s rookies in one place
The new Rookie Stats page brings together every 2026-27 rookie, including players who have not appeared in a game yet. Search and sort per-game scoring, rebounding, assists, shooting percentages, and other key statistics, with direct links to each player’s profile.
Player birth dates added to the REST API
Player responses now include a date_of_birth field when the information is available.
The value is returned as a YYYY-MM-DD string. See the
REST API documentation for endpoint details.
Choose your preferred betting odds format
Signed-in users can now choose Decimal, American, or Fractional odds in their profile settings. Decimal remains the default, and the selected format is used across schedules, game pages, the betting simulator, and championship odds.
